CONNECTIONS
District 360 Supports wishes to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which we live and work, the Boonwurrung, Jagera, Whadjuk, and Wurundjeri peoples. We are committed to providing open and transparent NDIS education to First Nations communities. Our work provides an inclusive space which emphasises equal opportunity and community connections through fun and innovative ways. We acknowledge that whilst we don’t have all the information we will continue to learn and we will always do our best. We recognise the ongoing connection of First Nations peoples to land, seas and skies and we pay our respects to the Elders past, present, and emerging.
District 360 Services
We are committed to providing open and transparent NDIS education to First Nations communities.
Assistance with Daily Life
Our team of support workers are available to help you live an independent life. We customise our services around your individual needs and goals, providing daily tasks that will enable you to continue living independently. Whether it's assistance with meal preparation, household chores or shopping for essential supplies, we make these mundane activities easy for you – freeing up your time for the things that matter. Additionally, we can also coordinate the management of NDIS plans and objectives to ensure that each service provided is tailored to fulfil the specific requirements of each individual. We strive to provide each individual with a care plan designed to make their lives easier while staying true to their wants and needs.
Assistance with Social, Economic & Community Participation
At District 360, we know how important it is for individuals to have assistance in accessing community activities. Whether you need assistance getting out and about, require NDIS supports or just some extra help participating in events, we're here to provide you with the necessary resources. For those who want to make unforgettable memories, we specialize in providing amazing experiences at music festivals so that you can get up and dance without a care! So whether it's joining in on the fun of a music festival or simply attending appointments and activities around your town, we'll make sure that you have the right assistance every step of the way.
Supported Independing Living (SIL)
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Individualised Living Options (ILO) services are available 24/7 to provide you with the care needed for you to live as independently as possible. We can assist if you are looking for assistance in a shared home environment or even for assistance in your own individual home. We believe strongly in drawing up a plan which is tailored to your personal needs and preferences, as we work hand in hand with our participants and the NDIS to ensure that we select the right team of support workers.
Unique Group Experiences
STA/Respite experiences are a great way to learn something new, explore unique possibilities and build connections with others. Not only do they offer a break for primary carers, but Group Respite programs are tailored to meet the specific goals of clients with an NDIS plan. Our team approach this with enthusiasm and energy - they know that to make it beneficial, it has to be fun! From organising music festivals and customised respites in spectacular locations, clients get to enjoy activities that promote new skills, independence and friendship-building opportunities. We go out of our way to make sure everyone can access these offerings and enjoy them as part of their NDIS journey.
