We’ll take the time to understand the participant’s goals, preferences, and support needs to make sure we’re the right fit.
✅ Step 3: Matching & Availability
If we have availability, we’ll match the participant with the right support team, location, or service. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll try to point you in the right direction.
✅ Step 4: Welcome & Onboarding
Once we’re all aligned, we’ll schedule a welcome meeting and begin the onboarding process — keeping communication clear and transparent every step of the way.
