About the Course
The Warrior Project Workshop is an empowering journey designed specifically for individuals seeking personal growth and rejuvenation in their mental health.
Over the course of eight weeks, participants will engage in a variety of transformative exercises under the expert guidance of Emmalene Pawlak, a seasoned mental health mentor and wellness coach. Hosted at the Rod Evan Community Centre in East Perth, this workshop creates a supportive space where participants can confidently explore the tools and techniques to overcome everyday challenges.
Each session is carefully curated to facilitate a deeper understanding of emotions, enable the reframing of personal goals, and foster an authentic self-identity. As part of this holistic approach, participants will also practice yoga and other self-concept activities, assisting in the development of long-term resilience and mindfulness. This rewarding experience is accessible through your NDIS plan, ensuring that participants can invest in their journey with the support needed.
Cost: Participation in The Warrior Project Workshop requires a commitment of $900, which can be allocated from your NDIS plan. This fee covers all eight sessions.
