The NDIS has created a new online tip off form for everyone to be able to report fraud or suspicious behaviour.
What Does the Online Tip-Off Form Do?

Provides a Reference ID: You get a reference ID after submitting a tip-off.
Helps the Agency: It collects necessary information for quick follow-up.
Allows Anonymity: You can still report anonymously.
