NDIS News

The NDIS has created a new online tip off form for everyone to be able to report fraud or suspicious behaviour.

What Does the Online Tip-Off Form Do?

  • Asks Direct Questions: The form asks straightforward questions about suspected fraud.

  • Provides a Reference ID: You get a reference ID after submitting a tip-off.

  • Helps the Agency: It collects necessary information for quick follow-up.

  • Allows Anonymity: You can still report anonymously.

What is the reason for the new for and way of reporting Fraud?

  • Better Data: The new form is structured to gather better information.

  • Efficiency: It helps the NDIA quickly follow up on reports.

  • Resource Management: The data helps prioritise resources to combat fraud.

  • Security: This ensures the safety and sustainability of the Scheme.

Is this the only way I can report fraud?

  • Best Option: The online form is the preferred way to report fraud.

  • Alternate Option: You can also report fraud by calling the NDIS Fraud Reporting and Scams Helpline at 1800 650 717.

  • No Re-submission Needed: Don’t re-submit information you've already reported.
