From July 1st 2024 the NDIS has updated its pricing arrangements and price limits.
The Support Catalogue is your go-to guide for everything you need to know when making a payment request. Think of it as the ultimate menu of supports available, complete with all the details providers need to get paid.
The pricing arrangements not only lists the current support items but also includes previous price limits, so you can see how things have changed over time. It tells you which claim types apply to each price-limited support item, covering everything from travel to non-face-to-face services.
Price limits are the top prices that registered providers can charge NDIS participants for their services. But here’s the good part: participants and providers can negotiate lower prices.
Providers must remember, when providing supports to NDIA-managed or plan-managed participants, everyone must stick to the rules outlined in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. These guidelines ensure fairness and transparency, making the whole process smoother for everyone involved.
